Our story

Monk started as a small group of strategists and operators tired of agencies that confused activity with progress. We built the kind of partner we always wished we had: senior, candid, accountable.

Eight years on, we're a distributed collective of forty-odd specialists across four continents — working with founder-led businesses and global brands who want growth they can defend in the boardroom.

We're independent. We're profitable. We turn down work that doesn't fit. And we measure success by the trajectory of our clients, not the size of our retainer book.
