Our story
Monk started as a small group of strategists and operators tired of agencies that confused activity with progress. We built the kind of partner we always wished we had: senior, candid, accountable.
Eight years on, we're a distributed collective of forty-odd specialists across four continents — working with founder-led businesses and global brands who want growth they can defend in the boardroom.
